The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicles, and discloses a system efficiency optimization method, device and equipment and a storage medium, the method is applied to a power supply and consumption system comprising a direct current power supply side network, and the method comprises the following steps: configuring different efficiency optimization strategies for the power supply and consumption system under the current working condition; acquiring system efficiency of the power supply and consumption system under each efficiency optimization strategy, wherein the system efficiency comprises direct current power supply efficiency determined by the direct current power supply side network; and determining a target optimization strategy enabling the system efficiency to be the highest from the efficiency optimization strategies, and taking the target optimization strategy as an optimal strategy under the current working condition. According to the method, the optimal strategy enabling the system efficiency to be the highest is determined from the efficiency optimization strategies, the system efficiency used for determining the optimal strategy comprises the direct-current power supply efficiency determined by the direct-current power supply side network, the determination precision of the optimal strategy is improved, and the endurance mileage of the whole vehicle can be effectively improved.
