The invention discloses an electric vehicle wireless charging composite shielding layer magnetic coupler, and relates to the field of magnetic coupler manufacturing. The composite shielding layer magnetic coupler is composed of a primary side aluminum plate, a primary side nanocrystalline strip module, a primary side ferrite sheet module, a primary side coil, a secondary side coil, a secondary side ferrite sheet module, a secondary side nanocrystalline strip module and a secondary side aluminum plate. No insulating interlayer is arranged between every two adjacent parts, or one insulating interlayer is arranged between every two adjacent parts. According to the composite shielding layer magnetic coupler, the thinner ferrite sheet module and the nanocrystalline strip module are adopted, the use amount of magnetic materials is reduced, cost, weight, thickness and size are reduced, and the composite shielding layer magnetic coupler can be easily spliced and installed under a chassis of an electric automobile. The magnetic coupler with the composite shielding layer increases self-inductance and reduces alternating-current resistance, so that the system efficiency is improved; in addition, the composite shielding layer magnetic coupler adopts the nanocrystalline strip, so that the saturation resistance effect is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车无线充电复合屏蔽层磁耦合器,涉及磁耦合器制作领域。该复合屏蔽层磁耦合器由原边铝板、原边纳米晶带材模组、原边铁氧体片模组、原边线圈、副边线圈、副边铁氧体片模组、副边纳米晶带材模组、副边铝板组成。在相邻两部分之间或者不设有绝缘夹层,或者设置了一层绝缘夹层。本发明复合屏蔽层磁耦合器采用更薄的铁氧体片模组及纳米晶带材模组,降低了磁性材料的用量,从而减少了成本、重量、厚度及体积,易于拼接安装在电动汽车的底盘下。且本发明复合屏蔽层磁耦合器增大了自感,减小了交流电阻,从而提高了系统效率;另外本发明复合屏蔽层磁耦合器采用了纳米晶带材,提升了耐饱和效果。
