The invention provides an ultrasonic broken rail monitoring system and method based on a clock synchronization technology, and the system comprises a user access layer, a communication service layer and front-end equipment, the front-end equipment comprises a plurality of receiving and transmitting integrated monitoring units, and every two adjacent receiving and transmitting integrated monitoring units form a receiving and transmitting integrated monitoring group. The receiving and transmitting integrated monitoring groups are sequenced according to the extension direction of the monitoring section steel rail and sequentially monitor the steel rail state of the section where the monitoring groups are located, so that crosstalk of adjacent nodes and crosstalk of left and right rails are avoided, and missing report is reduced. Two receiving and transmitting integrated monitoring units in a receiving and transmitting integrated monitoring group are arranged to receive ultrasonic signals sent by the opposite side in sequence, a steel rail state monitoring result of the section where the two receiving and transmitting integrated monitoring units are located is generated according to the received ultrasonic signals, and the two receiving and transmitting integrated monitoring units upload the monitoring result of the same section to a communication service layer. And the communication service layer judges whether the steel rail in the corresponding section is broken or not according to the two received monitoring results, so that rail breakage false alarm is avoided.

    本申请提供了一种基于时钟同步技术的超声波断轨监测系统及方法,包括用户访问层、通信服务层和前端设备,所述前端设备包括若干收发一体监测单元,相邻两个收发一体监测单元构成收发一体监测组,若干收发一体监测组按照监测段钢轨延伸方向排序,依次对其所在区间的钢轨状态进行监测,从而避免相邻节点的串扰、左右轨的串扰,降低漏报。通过设置收发一体监测组内的两个收发一体监测单元先后接收对方发送的超声波信号,并根据接收到的超声波信号生成对其所在区间的钢轨状态监测结果,两个收发一体监测单元将对同一段区间的监测结果上传至通信服务层,通信服务层根据所接收的两个监测结果,判断对应区间钢轨是否断轨,从而避免断轨误告警。
