The invention discloses a mesophase pitch carbon fiber reinforced pantograph carbon slide plate and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out modification treatment on mesophase pitch carbon fibers by using an active agent, and then carrying out ultrasonic dispersion and vacuum drying to obtain modified mesophase pitch carbon fibers; (2) carrying out dry mixing on calcined pitch coke, needle coke, artificial graphite powder, N339 carbon black and the modified mesophase pitch carbon fiber to obtain dry powder; (3) adding a molten binder into the dry powder obtained in the step (2), and then kneading, flaking and back-mixing and pressing into a material column; and (4) carrying out extrusion forming, roasting and metal copper pressurization dipping on the stock column to obtain the mesophase pitch carbon fiber reinforced pantograph carbon slide plate. The pantograph carbon contact strip prepared by the invention is low in resistivity, and has good mechanical properties, impact toughness and thermal stability.

    本发明公开了一种中间相沥青碳纤维增强受电弓碳滑板及其制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)采用活性剂对中间相沥青碳纤维进行改性处理,再经超声分散、真空干燥即得改性中间相沥青碳纤维;(2)将煅后沥青焦、针状焦、人造石墨粉、N339炭黑和改性中间相沥青碳纤维进行干混,得到干粉;(3)在步骤(3)的干粉中加入熔融态的粘结剂,然后混捏、轧片,回混压成料柱;(4)料柱经挤压成型、焙烧、加压浸渍金属铜后得到所述中间相沥青碳纤维增强受电弓碳滑板。本发明制备得到的受电弓碳滑板的电阻率低,且具有良好的力学性能、抗冲击韧性和热稳定性。
