The invention provides a preparation method of a carbon fiber reinforced pantograph slide plate with grown silicon carbide nanowires, and relates to the technical field of pantograph slide plate preparation, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out desizing treatment on pitch-based carbon fibers, and after desizing, dipping the pitch-based carbon fibers in a catalyst for pretreatment to obtain carbon fibers; growing silicon carbide nanowires on the surfaces of the carbon fibers in situ by adopting a chemical vapor deposition method; dispersing the carbon fibers on which the silicon carbide nanowires grow; mixing and kneading the carbon fibers on which the silicon carbide nanowires grow after dispersion treatment with pitch coke, petroleum coke and artificial graphite melt according to a preset volume ratio, performing sheet binding, powdering, performing hydraulic forming, and sintering and carbonizing to obtain the carbon fiber reinforced pantograph slide plate. The silicon carbide nanowire is used as an intermediate phase, so that the interface bonding force between the carbon fiber and a carbon matrix is improved, and the technical indexes such as electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, bending strength and impact toughness of the pantograph slide plate are improved.

    本发明提供了一种生长碳化硅纳米线的碳纤维增强受电弓滑板的制备方法,涉及受电弓滑板制备技术领域,包括对沥青基碳纤维进行除浆处理,除浆完成后将沥青基碳纤维浸渍在催化剂中预处理得到碳纤维;采用化学气相沉积法在碳纤维表面原位生长碳化硅纳米线;将生长碳化硅纳米线的碳纤维进行分散处理;将分散处理后生长碳化硅纳米线的碳纤维与沥青焦、石油焦以及人造石墨熔体按照预设体积配比后混捏、扎片、打粉后液压成型,然后烧结碳化得到碳纤维增强受电弓滑板;本发明以碳化硅纳米线作为中间相提高了碳纤维与碳基体之间的界面结合力,使得受电弓滑板的导电性、导热性、抗弯曲强度以及冲击韧性等技术指标提高。
