The load changing core component comprises a rotating part and a lifting part; wherein rotation comprises a rotating motor (12) arranged in the middle of the middle throwing box, and a rotary platform (6) is arranged on a power output shaft of the rotating motor (12); more than one group of lifting parts are arranged on the revolving platform (6); each lifting part comprises a rail (14) which is arranged below the revolving platform (6) and is fixedly connected downwards; the electric cylinder (21) can drive the sliding block (15) to ascend and descend through a transmission chain. The sliding block (15) is fixedly connected with a supporting rod (9), the end of the supporting rod (9) penetrates through a hole of the rotary platform (6), then a throwing box (7) is arranged on the supporting rod (9), and a hanging workpiece (10) is placed in the throwing box (7).
