The invention discloses a decision-making method and device for vehicle driving, electronic equipment and a storage medium. According to the method, the speed constraint information of the own vehicle is firstly acquired to perform speed hard constraint on the driving own vehicle, and then the trajectory prediction information of other driving targets except the own vehicle in the preset range is acquired, so that the intentions of other driving targets in the driving process of the own vehicle can be further judged, the violation conditions in the driving process of the own vehicle are reduced, and the driving experience of the own vehicle is improved. The driving decision result of the vehicle is output according to the speed constraint information and the trajectory prediction information, so that speed constraint can be performed on the running vehicle to a certain extent, violation behaviors of the vehicle in the running process of the vehicle can be guaranteed, and the safety and legality of automatic driving are improved.
