The invention relates to a charging control method, a controller and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the battery temperature of a battery, controlling a first battery pack to supply power to a load and controlling a second battery pack to charge the first battery pack when the battery temperature is lower than a first threshold value, the first battery pack is composed of a first battery cell of a plurality of battery cells, and the second battery pack is composed of a second battery cell of a plurality of battery cells; the second battery pack is composed of the remaining second battery cells, and the low-temperature performance parameters of the first battery cells are superior to those of the second battery cells; under the low-temperature condition, the battery pack with the better low-temperature performance parameter is selected to preferentially supply power to the load, the battery pack with the poor low-temperature performance parameter is controlled to supply power to the battery pack with the better low-temperature performance parameter, and the battery temperature is gradually increased to the proper temperature in the battery discharging process. The battery can support high-power discharge and endurance discharge under the low-temperature condition, can normally supply power to the electric vehicle, and meets the endurance mileage requirement of the electric vehicle.
