The invention discloses a charging circuit, a control method of the charging circuit, a vehicle controller and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. The charging circuit comprises a battery pack, a voltage conversion module, a voltage detection module and a charging interface, the power supply end of the voltage conversion module is connected with the positive electrode of the charging interface, the output end of the voltage conversion module is connected with the positive electrode of the battery pack, and the negative electrode of the voltage conversion module is connected with the negative electrode of the charging interface; the cathode of the battery pack is connected with the cathode of the charging interface; the detection end of the voltage detection module is connected with the anode of the charging interface. The cathode of the voltage detection module is connected with the cathode of the charging interface. Wherein when the battery pack is in a charging state, the voltage conversion module is in a working state, and outputs a target voltage value according to a voltage detection value of the voltage detection module; when the battery pack is in a non-charging state, the voltage conversion module is in a non-working state.
