The invention relates to the technical field of aircrafts, and particularly discloses a vertical take-off and landing aircraft which comprises a wing-body-fused lifting body fuselage, a front wing, a rear wing and a stable empennage, and a two-degree-of-freedom propelled Y3 configuration composed of the front wing, the rear wing and the fuselage, the eVTOL is composed of two fixed lift propellers installed below a front wing and in the front of the center of gravity and a two-degree-of-freedom tilting thruster installed at the tail to solve the problem that an existing eVTOL of a Y3 structure cannot give consideration to a low-speed hovering mode and a cruising mode. A tandem-lifting body pneumatic configuration and a novel Y3 power configuration are combined to solve the problem that the contradiction between high pneumatic efficiency and large cargo capacity of the aircraft is difficult to balance; and finally, through side pneumatic optimization of the fuselage, up-and-down staggered design of front and rear wing tip winglets and design of a ring wing 21, the problem that an existing configuration easily generates large pneumatic resistance is solved.
