The invention relates to an installation tool for an aircraft system steering engine, which is suitable for the assembly process of an aircraft system, including but not limited to the connection and installation of a heavy finished product from bottom to top and the installation under the condition that the operation space is small and invisible. The invention discloses a mounting tool for a horizontal tail steering engine of an airplane. The mounting tool comprises a mounting saddle, a lifting mechanism, a posture adjusting mechanism, a spring mechanism and a bracket, the lifting mechanism is mounted above the mounting vehicle seat and is used for adjusting the height of the mounting tool; the posture adjusting mechanism is mounted above the lifting mechanism and is used for roughly and finely adjusting the mounting position of the horizontal tail steering engine; the spring mechanism is installed between the posture adjusting mechanism and the bracket, and the horizontal tail steering engine connector is fed into a structure installation lug piece according to the anti-gravity principle, so that hole positions are aligned. The bracket is used for placing the horizontal tail steering engine. The invention has the following advantages: 1, the problem that the installation from bottom to top is difficult or cannot be operated and installed can be directly solved; 2, different types of finished products can be adapted by changing the shape and the size of the bracket;

    本发明涉及一种用于飞机系统舵机的安装工具,适用于飞机系统装配过程中,包括但不限于较大重量成品由下至上的连接安装,在操作空间小且不可视情况下的安装。一种用于飞机平尾舵机的安装工具,所述安装工具包括安装车座、升降机构、调姿机构、弹簧机构和托架;升降机构安装在安装车座上方,用于调整所述安装工具的高度;调姿机构安装在升降机构上方,用于粗、精调整平尾舵机的安装位置;弹簧机构安装在调姿机构与托架之间,利用反重力原理将平尾舵机接头送入结构安装耳片,使孔位对齐;托架用于放置平尾舵机。本发明具有如下优点:1、可直接解决由下往上安装且困难或无法操作安装的问题;2、通过改变托架的形状和尺寸可以适配不同类型成品。
