The invention relates to an airplane horizontal tail connecting mechanism bush installation method. The method comprises the steps of 1) selecting a proper bush and a proper bush pressing tool; 2) identifying a pressing sleeve tool to ensure normal operation of the device; 3) assembling the bushing and the bushing pressing tool on the bushing mounting platform; 4) performing bushing installation operation; and (5) repairing the lining, and ensuring a fact that lining installation meets the assembling requirement. According to the method, the bushing installation quality is improved while the bushing installation requirement is met, quick installation of bushings with different hole diameters and different lengths can be achieved, one-time forming installation of the bushings is achieved, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the labor intensity of operators is reduced, and the product quality is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及了一种飞机平尾连接机构衬套安装方法,步骤为:1)选择合适的衬套和压套工具;2)对压套工具进行鉴定,保证装置正常运行;3)在衬套安装平台上将衬套和压套工具进行组装;4)进行衬套安装操作;5)对衬套进行修理,保证衬套安装符合装配要求。此方法在即满足衬套安装要求的同时又提高了衬套安装的质量,该方法能够满足不同孔直径、不同长度衬套快速安装,实现了衬套的一次成型安装,大大提高生产效率,降低了操作者劳动强度,并有效提高产品的质量。
