The invention relates to a back-row seat framework which comprises a sliding rail assembly, a sitting part, an angle adjuster and a backrest part, the sliding rail assembly is installed on the lower portion of the sitting part, the backrest part comprises a metal back frame and a metal back plate, the metal back plate is connected to the side, sliding relative to the sliding rail assembly, of the sitting part through the angle adjuster, and the metal back plate is fixedly connected with the metal back frame in a welded mode. The surface of the metal back plate is provided with a child seat mounting hole and a rib structure protruding towards the backrest face of the metal back plate. According to the back-row seat framework designed by the invention, the concentric frame-shaped convex ribs and the multi-direction strip-shaped convex ribs are elaborately arranged, so that a supporting frame structure which is high in rigidity and light in weight is formed, and is different from a traditional reinforcing mode which only depends on simple transverse and longitudinal ribs; the structural strength of the backboard is improved by fully optimizing the size, arrangement, number and other parameters of the convex ribs, the lightweight design requirement is met on the premise that the overall rigidity of the backboard is guaranteed, and the balance between the safety and the lightweight of the backboard is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种后排座椅骨架,包括滑轨总成、乘坐部、角度调节器和背靠部,滑轨总成安装于乘坐部下部,背靠部包括金属背框和金属背板,金属背板通过角度调节器连接于乘坐部相对滑轨总成滑动的一侧,金属背板与金属背框焊接固连,且金属背板表面设置有儿童座椅安装孔以及朝向金属背板背靠面凸起的肋条结构。本发明所设计的后排座椅骨架,通过精心布置的同心框形凸筋和多方向条形凸筋,形成一个刚性强而轻量化的支撑框架结构,与传统仅依赖简单横纵向肋条的加强方式不同,本发明充分优化凸筋的尺寸、布置、数量等参数来提升背板的结构强度,确保在保证背板整体刚度的前提下满足轻量化设计需求,实现背板安全性与轻量化之间的平衡。
