The invention relates to a light-weight automobile rear-row seat framework which comprises a 40% backrest framework assembly and a 60% backrest framework assembly, and each of the 40% backrest framework assembly and the 60% backrest framework assembly is composed of a backrest circular tube frame structure and a plastic back plate assembled with the backrest circular tube frame structure. The 40% backrest circular tube frame structurally comprises an upper tube, a lower tube, a backrest vertical steel wire, a backrest transverse steel wire, a headrest guide sleeve support, a headrest guide sleeve connecting support, a lock support mechanism, an inner side lower connecting support mechanism and an outer side lower connecting support mechanism. The number of the backrest vertical steel wires of the 60% backrest circular tube frame forming structure is two, and a middle headrest guide sleeve connecting support and a safety belt guide steel wire are further arranged. According to the invention, a 40%/60% plastic back plate and backrest circular tube frame structure is adopted; a back plate of the backrest framework assembly adopts a plastic back plate structure, so that the weight is reduced; the backrest circular tube frame structure adopts a circular tube structure, so that the number of parts is reduced, force flow can smoothly flow downwards, internal stress is released, and the framework strength is ensured; the round tube is segmented according to stress and is thick in top and thin in bottom, and the weight is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种轻量化汽车后排座椅骨架,包括40%靠背骨架总成和60%靠背骨架总成,两种均由靠背圆管框架结构和与其装配的塑料背板构成;40%靠背圆管框架成结构包括上管、下管、靠背竖钢丝、靠背横钢丝、头枕导向套支架、头枕导套连接支架、锁支架机构、内侧下连接支架机构及外侧下连接支架机构;60%靠背圆管框架成结构的靠背竖钢丝为2根,还设有中间头枕导套连接支架和安全带导向钢丝。本发明采用40%/60%塑料背板和靠背圆管框架结构;靠背骨架总成背板采用塑料背板结构降低重量;靠背圆管框架结构采用圆管结构节约零件数量,并能保证力流顺利向下流动,释放内应力,保证骨架强度;圆管根据受力分段,上粗下细,降低重量。
