The invention discloses an electric vehicle battery voltage abnormal fluctuation fault online diagnosis method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the voltage time sequence value of each single battery in a to-be-diagnosed electric vehicle battery pack, and building a voltage data matrix; performing data interception on the voltage data matrix region by region by using a preset sliding window to form an intercepted voltage data matrix; calculating the distance between two adjacent frames of voltage data of each single battery in the voltage data matrix; acquiring a voltage anomaly evaluation coefficient according to the distance between two adjacent frames of voltage data of the single battery; and identifying and positioning a voltage abnormal fluctuation fault of the single battery by using the voltage abnormal evaluation coefficient to finish diagnosis. According to the diagnosis method, the fluctuation characteristics of the voltage can be accurately synchronized, the calculation efficiency and accuracy are high, the method has more excellent practical application value, the position of an abnormal single body and the abnormity occurrence time are positioned through calculation of the voltage data in the sliding window, and the calculation amount and noise interference are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车电池电压异常波动故障在线诊断方法及系统,诊断方法包括获取待诊断电动汽车电池包中各电池单体电压时序值,建立电压数据矩阵;利用预先设定的滑动窗口对电压数据矩阵逐区域进行数据截取,形成截取电压数据矩阵;计算电压数据矩阵中各电池单体相邻两帧电压数据之间的距离;根据电池单体相邻两帧电压数据之间的距离获取电压异常评估系数;利用电压异常评估系数对电池单体电压异常波动故障进行识别与定位,完成诊断。本发明诊断方法能准确同步电压的波动特征,计算效率和准确率高,具有更加优异的实际应用价值,通过对滑窗中电压数据的计算来定位异常单体的位置和异常发生的时间,减小了计算量及噪声的干扰。
