The invention discloses a power battery voltage fault monitoring method, a battery management system and an electric vehicle. The monitoring method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring voltage values of single batteries of all sampling channels of a power battery; s2, judging whether an overvoltage event or an undervoltage event occurs in each sampling channel according to the voltage value; s3, independently monitoring all the sampling channels in which the overvoltage event or the undervoltage event occurs; and S4, when the duration time of the overvoltage event or the undervoltage event of any independently monitored sampling channel is greater than a preset time threshold value, determining that the power battery has a voltage fault. When the voltage event is judged, each channel with the voltage event is independently monitored, and whether a voltage fault exists or not is further judged. And under the condition of not increasing extra hardware cost, the accuracy of voltage fault judgment is improved.
本发明公开了一种动力电池电压故障监控方法、电池管理系统及电动汽车,监控方法包括:步骤S1,获取动力电池所有采样通道的电池单体的电压值;步骤S2,根据所述电压值,判断各采样通道是否发生过压事件或欠压事件;步骤S3,对所有发生过压事件或欠压事件的采样通道进行单独监控;步骤S4,当单独监控的任一采样通道的过压事件或欠压事件的持续时间大于预设的时间阈值时,判定所述动力电池发生电压故障。本发明在判断出电压事件时,对每一个出现电压事件的通道进行单独监控,并进一步判断是否存在电压故障。在不增加额外硬件成本的情况下,提高了电压故障判断的准确性。
