The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging detection method and system, and the method comprises the steps: enabling a charging pile, a charging tester and a load to be sequentially connected through a DC bus, enabling the charging pile to be in communication connection with the charging tester, and leading out a signal line at a communication connection part, and enabling the signal line to be in CAN communication connection with the load; the system is started and enters a pre-charging stage, and the charging pile receives a BCL message sent by the charging tester and adjusts a charging demand current value and a charging demand voltage value according to the BCL message; and the load receives the adjusted BCL message information, controls the main loop contactor to be closed, and carries out charging work according to the adjusted charging demand current value and charging demand voltage value. According to the invention, when the charging tester sets the charging request current in the pre-charging stage of the charging pile, the load can synchronously receive the information and adjust the information to the corresponding current value in response to the instruction, so that the normal output of the charging pile is ensured, and the charging work of the automobile is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车充电检测方法及充电检测系统,包括:将充电桩、充电测试仪与负载依次进行直流母线连接,将充电桩与充电测试仪进行通讯连接,并在通讯连接处引出信号线与负载进行CAN通讯连接;启动系统并进入预充阶段,充电桩接收充电测试仪发送的BCL报文,并根据BCL报文调整充电需求电流值和充电需求电压值;负载接收调整后的BCL报文信息,控制主回路接触器闭合,并依据调整后的充电需求电流值和充电需求电压值进行充电工作。本发明能保证充电桩在预充阶段,充电测试仪设定充电请求电流的同时,负载能同步接收此信息并响应该指令调整到对应电流值,保证充电桩正常输出,确保汽车的充电工作。
