The cobweb equipment sensing layer collects basic information data, fault alarm information data and fault early warning information data of the to-be-detected charging pile in the operation process and carries out primary processing on the basic information data, the fault alarm information data and the fault early warning information data; the cobweb network sensing layer is responsible for transmitting information data, and after the equipment sensing layer performs primary processing on the acquired information data, the information data is transmitted to the cobweb application layer or the third-party storage platform; and the cobweb application layer processes and analyzes the information data by means of a cobweb intelligent connection architecture, performs fault early warning and operation and maintenance guidance according to an expected threshold value, and performs data sharing with other platforms at the same time. According to the invention, a sensing network system covering a plurality of management elements is formed through a cobweb intelligent connection architecture, reliable data support is provided for operation and maintenance management of the charging equipment, the equipment management level is improved, and the economic benefit is enhanced.

    本发明公开了一种基于蛛网智联的充电桩智能运维系统,涉及智能运维技术领域,包括:蛛网设备感知层、蛛网网络传感层和蛛网应用层;蛛网设备感知层采集待测充电桩在运行过程中的基础信息数据、故障报警信息数据和故障预警信息数据并进行初步处理;蛛网网络传感层负责信息数据的传输,在设备传感层对采集信息数据进行初步处理后,将信息数据传递到蛛网应用层或第三方存储平台;蛛网应用层依靠蛛网智联架构对信息数据进行加工分析,根据预期阈值进行故障预警和运维指导,并同时与其他平台进行数据共享。本发明通过蛛网智联架构形成一张涵盖诸多管理要素的感知网络系统,为充电设备的运维管理提供可靠数据支撑,提升设备管理水平和增强经济效益。
