The algorithm comprises the following steps: carrying out seamless combination on cameras and charging piles, and enabling a single camera to cover two charging parking spaces; based on a camera video stream, through an electronic fence algorithm and a YOLO algorithm, carrying out real-time identification on a moving object, and capturing a video of five seconds; performing frame extraction processing on the video captured by the camera; analyzing a position of a license plate according to captured pictures after frame extraction, and judging whether the vehicle is driven in or out according to the change of the position of the license plate; analyzing and calculating the captured pictures after frame extraction through an OCR algorithm; checking a real-time state and a license plate number through background monitoring, and checking a real-time state of a parking space through a user end; expelling, by a background end, oil vehicles and overtime occupied electric vehicles in an expelling work order mode. The beneficial effects are that parking spaces of charging stations are managed based on parking space, vehicle, and license plate recognition technology, so that the charging experience and the operation efficiency are improved.
