The invention provides a layered garbage crane group operation scheduling system and method. The problem that garbage crane operation efficiency is low due to the fact that garbage crane operation scheduling is not carried out according to analysis results of garbage crane operation routes and time lengths during garbage scheduling is solved. The method comprises the following steps: performing laser treatment on a garbage warehouse material pile, and establishing a material pile three-dimensional model; the optimal grabbing point is analyzed by combining the position information of the garbage crane group, the garbage warehouse material pile grid data and the grab bucket contour point coordinate data; respectively calculating the time lengths of material stacking, material pouring and material feeding of the garbage crane room under the spanning and non-spanning conditions; and comparing and analyzing the duration to decide an execution mechanism of the new task. The system comprises a laser scanning device, a positioning encoder, a garbage crane automatic control device and the like, the laser scanning device obtains contour data in the garbage warehouse in real time, the positioning encoder helps to establish a three-dimensional model in the garbage warehouse, and the garbage crane automatic control device receives an instruction to carry out coordination control on different layers of garbage cranes. The safety is high; the working efficiency is high, and the like.

    本发明提供一种分层垃圾吊组作业调度系统及方法,解决垃圾调度时因未根据垃圾吊作业路线和时长的分析结果进行垃圾吊作业调度从而导致垃圾吊作业效率低问题。方法包括:对垃圾库料堆进行激光,建立料堆三维模型;结合垃圾吊组的位置信息、垃圾库料堆网格数据以及抓斗轮廓点坐标数据,分析出最佳抓料点;分别计算出垃圾吊间在跨越和非跨越情况下的堆料、倒料以及投料的时长;比较分析时长决策新任务的执行机构。系统包括:激光扫描装置、定位编码器、垃圾吊自动控制装置等,激光扫描装置实时获取垃圾库内轮廓数据,定位编码器帮助建立垃圾库内三维模型,垃圾吊自动控制装置接收指令进行不同层垃圾吊的协调控制,具有安全性强、工作效率高等优点。
