The invention discloses an automatic control system for a garbage crane, which comprises a data acquisition unit used for acquiring working environment parameters and operation data of the garbage crane and state information of equipment, scanning a garbage library of the garbage crane through a preset scanner, acquiring various scanning coordinate information, and transmitting the scanning coordinate information to a control unit; an image video of the garbage crane in the working process is obtained through a camera device; the data analysis platform is used for calculating operation control parameters of the garbage crane according to the environment parameters and the operation data, and constructing a three-dimensional space model by scanning coordinate information; the control unit is used for controlling feeding, stacking, unloading, ditching and shaping of the garbage crane according to the data information on the basis of the operation rule and the operation area through the PLC control device; and the remote monitoring unit is used for performing remote monitoring operation on the working process of the garbage crane under automatic control according to the image video and the three-dimensional space model. The technical problem that the system control process is lack of stability and reliability due to large dependence on manual control in the prior art can be solved.
