The invention provides a special equipment operation monitoring method and equipment based on digital twinning and a storage medium. The special equipment operation monitoring method comprises the steps that sample elevator data, sample building data, sample environment data and sample user data are acquired; building an elevator digital twinborn model according to the sample elevator data; building a building digital twin model according to the sample building data and the sample environment data; building an elevator monitoring model and an elevator data management model according to the sample elevator data, the sample building data, the sample environment data and the sample user data; configuring a monitoring terminal group according to the elevator digital twin model, the building digital twin model and the elevator monitoring model; controlling a monitoring terminal group to monitor the special elevator according to the elevator monitoring model to obtain monitoring data; and the monitoring data are managed according to the elevator data management model. According to the scheme, the personalized and accurate monitoring scheme can be intelligently provided, and the monitoring data can be efficiently managed.
