The invention provides a simulation test rotary table for an unmanned aerial vehicle fuel system and a simulation test method. The adjusting unit of the rotating table comprises an adjusting assembly, an adapter assembly and a rotating stand assembly. In the adjusting assembly, an adjusting nut is fixedly connected to a support of the supporting unit, a lead screw moves up and down relative to the nut, an adjusting piece is rotated to drive the lead screw to rotate, and a first locking nut is used for locking the lead screw. In the adapter base assembly, the lead screw can rotate relative to the adapter base, and the second bearing is installed on the adapter base through the pin shaft so that the threaded shaft of the second bearing can rotate around the pin shaft. In the rotating stand assembly, one end of a rotating shaft is in threaded connection with a threaded shaft of the second bearing, the middle of a cross rod of the rotating stand is rotatably connected to the other end of the rotating shaft, the locking piece is used for locking the cross rod and the rotating shaft, and two supporting legs of the rotating stand and the axis of a chuck assembly of the fixing unit are connected to the two sides of the chuck assembly in parallel to drive the chuck assembly and the test piece to move. The multi-attitude-angle combined change simulation test of the test piece is realized through a simple structure and convenient operation.

    本发明提供了用于无人机燃油系统的模拟试验旋转台及模拟试验方法。旋转台的调节单元包括调节组件、转接座组件和转架组件。调节组件中,调节螺母固连至支撑单元的支架,丝杆相对于螺母上下移动,旋转调节件带动丝杆旋转,第一锁紧螺母用于锁紧丝杆。转接座组件中,丝杆能够相对于转接座旋转,第二轴承经由销轴安装至转接座使得其螺纹轴能够绕销轴旋转。转架组件中,转轴一端螺接至第二轴承的螺纹轴,转架的横杆中部可旋转地连接至转轴另一端,锁紧件用于锁死横杆和转轴,转架的两个支腿与固定单元的卡盘组件的轴线平行地连接至卡盘组件两侧以带动卡盘组件及试验件运动。本发明以简单的结构、便捷的操作实现了对试验件的多姿态角组合变化模拟试验。
