The invention provides a method for accurately calculating the residual endurance mileage of a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, which comprises the following steps: determining effective electric energy Qt2 converted by hydrogen by calculating energy consumption QAS1 per hundred kilometers, hydrogen consumption MH1 and generating capacity Qpe per kilogram of hydrogen in a period t1, thereby calculating the residual endurance mileage displayed at the moment t1 as S2; calculating the remaining endurance mileage S3 displayed at the moment t2; according to the difference value of S3 and S2, the road condition is judged, and finally the accurate endurance mileage is displayed. According to the processing strategy of delay calculation, the residual endurance mileage of the whole vehicle is accurately calculated under the conditions of different road conditions and different loading masses of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, the anxiety of a user to the endurance mileage of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle is avoided, and the condition of displaying endurance mileage jumping can be effectively avoided.
