The invention relates to a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle endurance mileage calculation method and system and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: L1, starting a vehicle, obtaining the temperature data information of a hydrogen storage system in real time based on a vehicle-mounted temperature sensor, and obtaining the pressure data information of the hydrogen storage system in real time based on a vehicle-mounted pressure sensor; l2, based on the temperature data information of the hydrogen storage system and the pressure data information of the hydrogen storage system, establishing a hydrogen residual mass function, and outputting hydrogen residual mass data information; and L3, based on the hydrogen residual mass data information, outputting residual hydrogen conversion energy data information according to a hydrogen mass conversion electric quantity function. According to the method, the obtained endurance mileage is more accurate, and the endurance mileage is considered from the whole vehicle, so that the use anxiety of a user is reduced, and the driving experience of the user is improved.
