The invention provides a running control method for a distributed permanent magnet eight-drive electric monorail crane. The problem that precise control over all driving parts cannot be achieved through manual operation of an existing monorail crane is solved. According to the device, the motor rotating speed, the maximum demanded power and the demanded torque of a vehicle are obtained through a vehicle-mounted sensor of a detection unit and vehicle parameters; the detection unit is connected with the control processing unit through a CAN bus, and the control processing unit establishes a torque distribution model based on the acquired sensing data, determines the torque distribution coefficient of each driving part motor, and calculates the maximum working efficiency of the driving system and the braking system at the moment; the control processing unit is used for judging signals of the control unit through a vehicle control unit, a central processing unit formulates a vehicle control strategy with the maximum working efficiency and energy saving of a driving and braking system as the control target on the basis of a torque distribution model, and the strategy dynamically and accurately distributes torque of all driving parts according to different working conditions. According to the invention, the torque of each driving part is accurately distributed under all working conditions, the safe operation of the monorail crane is ensured, and the energy loss is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种分布式永磁八驱动电动单轨吊行驶控制方法,解决了现有单轨吊人员操控无法实现各驱动部的精准控制问题。该装置首先通过检测单元的车载传感器及车辆参数求出车辆的电机转速、最大需求功率及需求扭矩;检测单元通过CAN总线与控制处理单元相连,控制处理单元基于所采集的感知数据建立了扭矩分配模型,确定了各驱动部电机的扭矩分配系数,并计算得到此时驱动系统及制动系统最大工作效率;控制处理单元整车控制器通过判断操控单元信号,中心处理器在扭矩分配模型基础上,以驱制动系统最大工作效率及节能为控制目标制定了车辆控制策略,该策略根据不同工况动态对各驱动部的扭矩进行精准分配。本发明面对全工况下精准地分配各驱动部扭矩,保障了单轨吊的安全运行,降低了能量的损耗。
