The invention discloses a multi-drive grouping control hybrid power monorail crane which comprises a power unit, the power unit comprises a diesel engine, a generator and a storage battery, the generator is connected with the diesel engine and converts power output by the diesel engine into electric energy, and the storage battery is connected with the generator in series or in parallel; the hydraulic pump station comprises a hydraulic pump station I and a hydraulic pump station II; the hydraulic pump station I comprises a motor I and a hydraulic pump I, the hydraulic pump station II comprises a motor II and a hydraulic pump II, and the hydraulic pump I and the hydraulic pump II are respectively connected with the driving part group; when the storage battery is connected with the generator in series, the motor I and the motor II are respectively connected with the storage battery, and when the storage battery is connected with the generator in parallel, the motor I and the motor II are simultaneously connected with the generator and the storage battery. According to the invention, the transportation efficiency and safety of the monorail crane can be effectively improved, and the automation and intelligence level of the whole vehicle can be improved.

    本发明公开一种多驱动分组控制混合动力单轨吊,包括动力单元,所述动力单元包括柴油发动机、发电机和蓄电池,所述发电机与柴油发动机连接,发电机将柴油发动机输出的动力转为电能,所述蓄电池与发电机串联或并联;还包括液压泵站,所述液压泵站包括液压泵站I和液压泵站II;所述液压泵站I包括电动机I和液压泵I,液压泵站II包括电动机II和液压泵II,所述液压泵I和液压泵II分别与驱动部组连接;当蓄电池与发电机串联时,电动机I和电动机II分别与蓄电池连接,当蓄电池与发电机并联时,电动机I和电动机II均同时与发电机、蓄电池连接。本发明可有效提升单轨吊运输的效率与安全性,并有利于提升整车的自动化与智能化水平。
