The energy management method comprises the steps of judging whether a current moment is within an object period or not; and performing energy management during the target period by means of the target resource selected from among the plurality of power storage devices. Performing energy management includes: charging an object resource to perform energy management during an object period; and reselecting the target resource from among the plurality of power storage devices so as to prevent each of the plurality of power storage devices from being in a state in which the target charge amount has been reached during the target period.
