The invention provides a control method and a control device of an optical storage and charging system, the optical storage and charging system comprises a photovoltaic module, a target vehicle, a power grid and energy storage equipment which are in communication connection, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a target electric power carbon emission coefficient, a historical electric power carbon emission coefficient and photovoltaic power generation power; when the photovoltaic power generation power is greater than or equal to the power threshold value, controlling the photovoltaic module to supply power to the target vehicle; under the condition that the photovoltaic power generation power is smaller than a power threshold value and the target vehicle has a charging requirement, according to the size relation between the target electric power carbon emission coefficient and the historical electric power carbon emission coefficient, controlling to supply power to the target vehicle in a first power supply mode; and under the condition that the target vehicle does not have the charging requirement, according to the size relation between the target electric power carbon emission coefficient and the historical electric power carbon emission coefficient, a second power supply mode is controlled to be adopted for power supply. The method solves the problem that in the prior art, the carbon reduction potential of the optical storage and charging system cannot be exerted to the maximum extent.

    本申请提供了一种光储充系统的控制方法和光储充系统的控制装置,光储充系统包括通信连接的光伏组件、目标车辆、电网以及储能设备,该方法包括:获取目标电力碳排放系数、历史电力碳排放系数以及光伏发电功率;在光伏发电功率大于等于功率阈值的情况下,控制光伏组件向目标车辆供电;在光伏发电功率小于功率阈值并且目标车辆具有充电需求的情况下,根据目标电力碳排放系数与历史电力碳排放系数的大小关系,控制采用第一供电方式向目标车辆供电;在目标车辆没有充电需求的情况下,根据目标电力碳排放系数与历史电力碳排放系数的大小关系,控制采用第二供电方式进行供电。该方法解决了现有技术中无法最大程度发挥光储充系统的减碳潜力的问题。
