The invention provides an optical storage charging system and an optical storage charging system control method. The optical storage charging system comprises a photovoltaic inverter connected to a power line, wherein the power line is connected to a power grid; the circuit breaking device is connected between the photovoltaic inverter and the power line; the energy storage converter is connected to the power line; the energy management system communicates with the photovoltaic inverter, the electricity meter, the circuit breaking device and the energy storage converter, and is configured to poll the communication state of the photovoltaic inverter and the energy storage converter; reading the grid-connected point power from the electricity meter, and judging whether the optical storage charging system has countercurrent or not according to the grid-connected point power; when countercurrent occurs in the optical storage charging system, judging whether the energy storage converter has a communication fault or not; when the communication of the energy storage converter is normal, instructing the energy storage converter to charge, and when the communication of the energy storage converter fails, judging whether the communication of the photovoltaic inverter fails or not; and when the communication of the photovoltaic inverter is normal, the photovoltaic inverter is instructed to reduce the power for operation, and when the communication of the photovoltaic inverter fails, the circuit breaking device is instructed to be disconnected.
