The invention discloses an energy-saving control method, device and equipment for a hybrid power vehicle and a storage medium, and relates to the field of intelligent control over automobiles. The method comprises the steps that under the cold start working condition, according to the vehicle use requirement, under the power battery heat preservation requirement, the energy-saving control of the hybrid power vehicle is achieved on the basis of the environment temperature decreasing rate, the power battery temperature and the engine working state; the power battery is heated by adopting a power battery self-heating mode or engine heat; under the passenger compartment heating requirement, based on the remaining electric quantity of a power battery, the vehicle running time and the working state of an engine, a PTC heating mode is adopted, and motor heat or engine heat is adopted to achieve passenger compartment heating. Energy saving of the vehicle can be effectively achieved.
