The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft wing box section thermal coupling tests, and particularly relates to an aircraft wing box section thermal coupling test system and method. A controller is designed to control the temperature in a temperature control box, adjust the temperature environment where an aircraft wing box section is located, and apply a thermal load to the aircraft wing box section; in addition, only the main body of the aircraft wing box section is designed to be located in the temperature control box, the two ends of the aircraft wing box section are exposed out of the two openings in the temperature control box, and a loading structure, a supporting structure of the loading structure and a metal connector for connection of the loading structure are located outside the temperature control box. In the test process, the device is not influenced by large-amplitude temperature change in the temperature control box, so that the test can be smoothly carried out, and the accuracy of a test result is ensured.
