According to the invention, the side pushing assembly can push the follower wheel to rotate anticlockwise so as to drive the inspection vehicle body to move along the track in the direction opposite to the movement direction, so that partial displacement of the inspection vehicle body due to the inertia effect is counteracted, the retractable marking piece is enabled to carry out marking in an area with poor flatness, and the accuracy of the marking position after flatness detection is improved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道巡检机器人轨道平整度快速检测装置,具备巡检车体、回位装置和收缩式标记件,巡检车体底部设置有测距传感器,回位装置具备随动轮,在巡检车体的活动下随动轮在轨道的相对移动下跟随轨道进行顺时针旋转a角度后复位,随动轮侧边设置有侧推组件,收缩式标记件包括活动板,活动板的连接处连接有标记轴,标记轴内安装有海绵体,在测距传感器检测到数据异常时随动轮复位,并在侧推组件带动下逆时针旋转。本发明中,侧推组件能够推动随动轮逆时针旋转,以带动巡检车体沿轨道向活动相反的方向活动,抵消巡检车体因惯性作用前移的部分位移,使得收缩式标记件在平整度不佳的区域进行标记,提高了平整度检测后标记位置的精确度。
