The invention relates to the technical field of crawler belt walking mechanisms, and discloses a walking mechanism of a multifunctional robot. The walking mechanism is mainly composed of a driven wheel set, the driven wheel set is movably arranged at the left end of the interior of a chassis, the driven wheel set is composed of a driven wheel, a guide plate, a supporting column and a supporting plate, and the middle of the guide wheel is movably connected with the driven wheel in a sleeving mode; and a tensioning device is fixedly arranged at the right end of the guide plate. According to the tensioning device, the tensioning device is stretched by pumping grease, meanwhile, the tensioning device is shortened by slowly overflowing the grease, when the tensioning device is shortened, the tensioning degree of the crawler belt assembly is reduced, and then the driven wheel and the guide plate can slide left and right on the supporting column; the crawler assembly is effectively promoted to be detached from the driving assembly and fall down, that is, quick replacement of parts of the multifunctional robot walking mechanism is achieved, and compared with traditional operation of detaching a hinged crawler plate of the crawler assembly, the labor time for maintenance is effectively shortened, and the labor intensity is effectively reduced.

    本申请涉及履带行走机构技术领域,且公开了一种多功能机器人的行走机构,主要由从动轮组构成,所述底盘内部左端活动设置有从动轮组,所述从动轮组由从动轮、导向板、支撑柱和支撑板组成,且导向轮的中部与从动轮活动套接,所述导向板的右端固定设置有涨紧装置。本发明中涨紧装置通过泵入油脂而实现涨紧装置的伸长,同时涨紧装置通过油脂的慢慢溢出而实现涨紧装置的缩短,当涨紧装置缩短时,履带总成的涨紧度减小,进而从动轮和导向板可在支撑柱上左右滑动,有效促使履带总成从驱动总成上拆卸下落,即实现多功能机器人行走机构零部件的快速更换,较传统拆除履带总成的铰接履带板操作而言,有效减少维护的人工时间和劳动强度。
