Wherein the unmanned aerial vehicle-mounted safety autonomous sensing subsystem is in communication connection with the unmanned aerial vehicle hangar subsystem, the unmanned aerial vehicle center control subsystem and the train-mounted autonomous sensing system, and the unmanned aerial vehicle hangar subsystem is in communication connection with the unmanned aerial vehicle center control subsystem. And the unmanned aerial vehicle center control subsystem is in communication connection with the signal dispatching center. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of safety beyond visual range perception, higher safety, convenience in deployment and maintenance and the like.
