The system comprises at least two pieces of MAP table data with different system power upper limits, each piece of MAP data comprises power/current and a duration time upper limit, the corresponding current/power in each MAP table is determined according to the SOC and the temperature of the power battery, the current output current/power of the power battery is detected in real time, and the current output current/power of the power battery is calculated. MAP table switching is carried out according to the relation between the output current/power and the corresponding current/power in each MAP table and the duration, when the current output current/power of the power battery is large, the power battery is switched to the MAP table with the small upper limit of the duration, and the battery is managed according to the output current/power of the switched MAP table. The method can be applied to MAP tables from two MAP tables to multiple MAP tables, and is high in applicability.
