The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted power battery thermal management system, which comprises a vehicle-mounted power battery, a three-way valve, a quick-plug cooling interface and a charging device, and is characterized in that the vehicle-mounted power battery and the charging device are respectively provided with a cold and hot function and a heat exchange loop, and the heat exchange loop of the charging device is connected with the interior of a vehicle through the quick-plug cooling interface; a vehicle-mounted power battery heat exchange loop in the vehicle, a heat exchange loop of a vehicle-mounted air conditioner and the quick-plug cooling interface are connected through a three-way valve; the refrigerating/heating functions of the vehicle-mounted power battery and the vehicle-mounted air conditioner are controlled by the vehicle-mounted heat management system, and the refrigerating/heating function of the charging device is controlled by the charging device heat management system. On the basis of increasing the electric quantity of the battery, the problem of vehicle charging in high-heat and low-temperature scenes is solved, and meanwhile, the heat dissipation problem of quick charging of the battery is solved. Meanwhile, the battery is heated through an external charging pile, battery loss is reduced, and energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种车载动力电池热管理系统,包括车载动力电池、三通阀、快插冷却接口、充电装置,其中:车载动力电池、充电装置分别带有冷热功能及热交换回路,充电装置的热交换回路通过快插冷却接口与车辆内部连接,车辆内部的车载动力电池热交换回路、车载空调的热交换回路与快插冷却接口之间通过三通阀连接;车载动力电池和车载空调的制冷/加热功能由车载热管理系统控制,充电装置的制冷/加热功能由充电装置热管理系统控制。本发明在增加电池电量的基础上,解决高热、低温场景的车辆充电问题,同时解决电池快充充电的散热问题。同时本发明通过外接充电桩加热电池,减少电池损耗,降低整车能耗。
