The invention discloses a detection device and a detection method for construction quality of an ocean engineering curved surface segment. The detection device comprises an upper bottom plate, a horizontal distance adjusting device, a detection cabin main body plate, a laser displacement sensor, a power wheel driving device, a power wheel, a data processing and controlling device, a track guide wheel, a guide wheel telescopic rod and a guide wheel guide rail, in the process that the laser displacement sensor moves along the guide wheel guide rail along with the track guide wheel, the distance between the laser displacement sensor and the to-be-detected aggregate is measured in real time so as to detect whether the space structure and perpendicularity of the aggregate meet the technological requirements or not, and the horizontal distance adjusting device adjusts the distance between the laser displacement sensor and the to-be-detected aggregate so as to adjust the distance between the laser displacement sensor and the to-be-detected aggregate. The guide wheel telescopic rod adapts to the to-be-detected aggregates with different heights by adjusting the length, the problems that a traditional manual detection means is low in efficiency and the detection accuracy cannot be guaranteed can be solved, and the device can be suitable for the aggregates with different intervals and different heights and is high in universality.

    本发明公开了一种海洋工程曲面分段建造质量的检测装置及检测方法,包括上底板、水平距离调节装置、检测舱主体板、激光位移传感器、动力轮驱动装置、动力轮、数据处理及控制器、轨迹导向轮、导向轮伸缩杆和导向轮导轨;所述激光位移传感器随所述轨迹导向轮沿所述导向轮导轨运动的过程中,实时测量与待检测骨材间的距离,以检测骨材的空间结构及垂直度是否满足工艺要求,所述水平距离调节装置调节所述激光位移传感器与待检测骨材的距离,所述导向轮伸缩杆通过调节长度以适应不同高度的待检测骨材,本发明不仅能够解决传统人工检测手段效率低,检测的准确性无法得到保证的问题,还可以适用于不同间隔、不同高度的骨材,通用性高。
