The detection device comprises an upper bottom plate, a horizontal distance adjusting device, a detection cabin main body plate, a laser displacement sensor, a data processing and controlling device, a track guide wheel, a height adjusting device and a guide wheel guide rail, in the process that the laser displacement sensor moves along the guide wheel guide rail along with the track guide wheel, the distance between the laser displacement sensor and the to-be-detected aggregate is measured in real time so as to detect whether the space structure and perpendicularity of the aggregate meet the technological requirements or not, and the horizontal distance adjusting device adjusts the distance between the laser displacement sensor and the to-be-detected aggregate so as to adjust the distance between the laser displacement sensor and the to-be-detected aggregate. The height adjusting device is used for adjusting the height to adapt to the to-be-detected aggregates with different heights, the problems that a traditional manual detection means is low in efficiency and the detection accuracy cannot be guaranteed can be solved, the device can be suitable for the aggregates with different intervals and different heights, and the detection accuracy can be guaranteed. And the universality is high.

    本发明公开了一种海洋工程平面分段建造质量的检测装置及检测方法,包括上底板、水平距离调节装置、检测舱主体板、激光位移传感器、数据处理及控制器、轨迹导向轮、高度调节装置和导向轮导轨;所述激光位移传感器随所述轨迹导向轮沿所述导向轮导轨运动的过程中,实时测量与待检测骨材间的距离,以检测骨材的空间结构及垂直度是否满足工艺要求,所述水平距离调节装置调节所述激光位移传感器与待检测骨材的距离,以适应不同间距的平面分段上的待检测骨材,所述高度调节装置通过调节高度以适应不同高度的待检测骨材,本发明不仅能够解决传统人工检测手段效率低,检测的准确性无法得到保证的问题,还可以适用于不同间隔、不同高度的骨材,通用性高。
