The invention discloses an insulating system for a high-fire-resistance environment-friendly ship. The insulating system comprises an insulating outer protection layer, an insulating surface layer, a foam spraying layer, an aluminum foil layer and a pipeline insulating outer protection layer which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside. The surface, making contact with the aluminum foil layer, of the foam spraying layer is a rough surface with a plurality of protrusions, and the aluminum foil layer is tightly attached to the rough surface of the foam spraying layer through a binder. A plurality of foam spraying layers are arranged, and glass fiber anti-cracking reinforcing nets are further arranged between the foam spraying layers. The foam spraying layers are arranged to be multiple layers, and the glass fiber anti-cracking reinforcing nets are additionally arranged between the layers, so that the strength is greatly improved, the heat insulation performance of the system is greatly improved, the fireproof performance of the whole heat insulation system in the ship pipeline is enhanced, the service life of the heat insulation system is prolonged, the surface of the system is more flat, smooth and attractive, and the service life of the system is prolonged. Therefore, the structure is high in practicability, the insulating surface of the ship body can bear high thermal shrinkage and expansion rate, and the risk of layering or cracking is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种高耐火性环保船用绝缘系统,包括由外向内依次设置的绝缘外护层、绝缘表面层、泡沫喷涂层、铝箔层和管道绝缘外护层;泡沫喷涂层与铝箔层接触的表面为带有若干凸起的粗糙表面,铝箔层通过粘结剂紧密贴附在泡沫喷涂层的粗糙表面上;泡沫喷涂层包含若干层,各层泡沫喷涂层之间还设有玻璃纤维防裂加强网。本发明通过将泡沫喷涂层设为多层,且在层间增加玻璃纤维防裂加强网,使之强度大大提高,大大提高了系统的隔热性能,增强了船舶管道内整个保温系统的防火性能,延长了保温系统的使用年限,系统的外表上会更平整、光滑、美观,故此结构实用性强,船体绝缘表面可承受高的热收缩和膨胀率,并减少了分层或裂纹的风险。
