Under the cooperation effect of a first linkage block and a second linkage block, the strong wind impact force borne by the suspension arm cannot be transmitted to a telescopic air cylinder used for driving, the problem that the telescopic air cylinder is damaged due to reciprocating extrusion force is avoided, when workers need to obtain the view field, a pedal is automatically retracted to the inner side wall of a cab, and the safety of the workers is improved. Workers can obtain the visual field below the cockpit through the transparent part, and the problem that existing equipment cannot quickly obtain the visual field below is solved.
