The invention relates to an anti-swing tower crane with a guide housing. The anti-swing tower crane comprises a bracket, a travelling car, a hanging mechanism, a control unit and a first driving unit,wherein a tower arm is arranged on the bracket; the hanging mechanism comprises first rope sections, a movable pulley, a second rope section, a lifting hook and a guide rod; the guide rod is arrangedbetween the first rope sections, the first end of the guide rod is connected with the travelling car, the second end of the guide rod is connected with the movable pulley, and the guide rod can flexibly move in a vertical direction; the first driving unit is arranged on the guide rod and is electrically connected with the control unit; the guide housing is arranged outside the second rope section; the guide housing is provided with a fixed end and a free end, the fixed end is connected with the movable pulley, and the free end can flexibly move in the vertical direction; and a buffer device with a connecting end and a contact end is arranged between the second rope section and the guide housing, the connecting end is fixedly connected with the guide housing, the contact end makes contactwith the second rope section, and the contact end is used for buffering the second rope section which is close to the guide housing. According to the anti-swing tower crane, the wide swing of the movable pulley and the lifting hook can be effectively prevented, so that the safety in use of the crane is increased.

    本发明涉及一种具有导向罩的防摇摆塔式起重机,包括:设置有塔臂的支架;移动小车;包括第一绳段、动滑轮、第二绳段、吊钩和导向杆的吊挂机构;控制单元;导向杆设置在第一绳段之间,第一端与移动小车连接,第二端与动滑轮连接,沿竖直方向可伸缩移动;第一驱动单元,设置在导向杆上,与控制单元电连接,在第二绳段外部设置有导向罩;导向罩具有固定端和自由端,固定端与动滑轮连接,自由端沿竖直方向可伸缩移动;其中,在第二绳段与导向罩之间设置具有连接端和接触端的缓冲装置,连接端与导向罩固定连接,接触端与第二绳段接触,接触端用于对靠近导向罩的第二绳段进行缓冲。本发明能够有效防止动滑轮及吊钩大幅度摆动,提高起重机的使用安全。
