The invention discloses a connecting and sliding device for a floating dock and a quay crane. The connecting and sliding device comprises longitudinal sliding I-shaped steel (1), an H-shaped slide way (2), a transverse roller (5), a transverse roller pin shaft (6), a transverse roller fixing cotter pin (7), a transverse roller supporting eye plate (8), a longitudinal sliding I-shaped steel toggle plate (9), a transverse roller shaft sleeve (10) and a transverse roller pin shaft gasket (11). According to the connecting sliding device for the floating dock and the quay crane, displacement loads generated by vertical heaving motion, transverse drifting motion and longitudinal drifting motion of the floating dock are released, the acting force of the quay crane can be borne, and the connecting sliding device is convenient to construct and maintain, good in reliability and novel in structural form; the transverse displacement load borne by the quay crane due to the heaving motion of the floating dock is released; the transverse displacement load borne by the quay crane due to the transverse drifting movement of the floating dock is released; the longitudinal displacement load borne by the quay crane due to the longitudinal drifting movement of the floating dock is released; the acting force of various working conditions of the quay crane is borne.
