The invention discloses a driving right distribution method, device and equipment under man-machine co-driving and a readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of intelligent driving, and the method comprises the steps: calculating the total field intensity corresponding to each driving risk zone according to the risk source type, vehicle working condition information, risk source working condition information and the distance between a vehicle and a risk source in a driving environment; determining risk area position information sensed by the driver according to the sight line information of the driver; calculating a risk perception consistency index based on the total field intensity corresponding to each driving risk subarea and the risk area position information; and determining a driving right switching weight based on the risk perception consistency index and a preset risk perception consistency index threshold, so as to perform driving right switching distribution through the driving right switching weight. According to the invention, reasonable distribution of the driving right under man-machine co-driving can be effectively realized.
