The invention belongs to the technical field of driving systems, and provides an electric wheel for a mine car, which comprises a hub motor (1), a planetary reducer (2), a brake (3), a wheel (4) and a steering stand column (5), the planetary reducer (2) comprises a reducer shell (2-1), a hub bearing (2-2), a hub (2-3), a flange (2-6), a gear outer ring (2-8), a first-stage sun gear (2-9), a last-stage planet carrier (2-10) and an output connecting disc (2-11). The speed reducer shell (2-1) is supported on a hub (2-3) through a hub bearing (2-2); and a multi-stage planet row is arranged in the speed reducer shell (2-1). The suspension device is small in size, is completely arranged in the wheel space, does not occupy the suspension space, can support independent suspensions such as double-wishbone suspensions and Macpherson suspensions, and can also support non-independent suspensions connected with an axle housing. And meanwhile, the reliability and the service life of the electric wheel under heavy load and severe mine conditions are ensured by optimizing the position of the bearing and the shell of the speed reducer.

    本发明属于驱动系统技术领域,提供了一种矿车用电动轮,包括轮毂电机(1)、行星减速器(2)、制动器(3)、车轮(4)和转向立柱(5);所述行星减速器(2)包括减速器壳体(2‑1)、轮毂轴承(2‑2)、轮毂(2‑3)、法兰(2‑6)、齿轮外圈(2‑8)、第一级太阳轮(2‑9)、最后一级行星架(2‑10)、输出连接盘(2‑11);所述减速器壳体(2‑1)通过轮毂轴承(2‑2)支撑在轮毂(2‑3)上;所述减速器壳体(2‑1)内部设置有多级行星排。本发明体积小,完全布置在车轮空间内,不占用悬架空间,可支持双横臂,麦弗逊等独立悬架,也可支持连接桥壳式的非独立悬架。同时,通过对轴承位置、减速器壳体的优化,保证电动轮在重载与矿山恶劣条件下的可靠性与寿命。
