The driving wheel comprises a rear axle housing, a speed reducer, a half-shaft sleeve, a traction motor and a brake assembly, the rear axle housing is provided with an air inlet pipe, the air inlet pipe is communicated with an inner cavity of the rear axle housing, and the half-shaft sleeve is fixedly connected to the outer end face of the rear axle housing; the traction motor is fixed to an inner cavity of the axle shaft sleeve and located on the left side, multiple second through holes are formed in the shell end face of the traction motor, and the brake assembly is fixed to the left side of the traction motor. A first flange is arranged on the outer wall of the speed reducer, the outer side wall of the first flange is connected to the side wall of an inner cavity of the axle shaft sleeve, a plurality of first through holes are formed in the first flange, and the speed reducer is located on the right side of the traction motor. The invention further discloses a cooling method of the driving wheel of the electric wheel mine truck. In the invention, the brake assembly is arranged outside the rear axle housing, so that the brake assembly is convenient to maintain, the cooling air pressure loss of the cooling air is small, the cooling range coverage is wide, and the use safety of equipment is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动轮矿用车驱动轮,包括:后桥壳、减速器、半轴套管、牵引电机、制动组件,后桥壳设置有进风管,进风管连通后桥壳的内腔,半轴套管连接固定在后桥壳的外端面;牵引电机固定在半轴套管的内腔并位于左侧,牵引电机的外壳端面设置有多个第二通孔,制动组件固定在牵引电机左侧;减速器的外壁设置有第一法兰,第一法兰的外侧壁连接在半轴套管的内腔侧壁上,第一法兰上设置有多个第一通孔,减速器位于牵引电机右侧。本发明还公开了一种电动轮矿用车驱动轮的冷却方法。本发明中,制动组件布置在后桥壳外部,使得制动组件便于维护,冷却风的冷却风压力损失小、冷却范围覆盖广,提高了设备使用的安全性。
