The invention provides a battery thermal management system of a fuel cell vehicle. The battery thermal management system comprises a super capacitor battery pack, a direct cooling plate, a condenser, a compressor, a fuel cell system and an electronic expansion valve, the direct cooling plate is arranged in the super capacitor battery pack with the high-power charging and discharging requirement, the condenser and the fuel cell system sharing fan are arranged outside the super capacitor battery pack, and meanwhile the compressor and the electronic expansion valve are arranged. Different from a traditional heat management system, the system does not need to consider the environment temperature in the cooling process, the heat dissipation effect is more independent of the external environment condition through the design of the direct cooling plate and the common fan, the system does not depend on the temperature of the external environment any more, and the heat dissipation effect can be better achieved in the high-temperature or low-temperature environment. The heat dissipation measures can be flexibly and efficiently adjusted, the temperature of the battery is kept within a safe range, and the adaptability and the stability of the system are improved.

    本发明提供了一种燃料电池车辆电池热管理系统,包括超级电容电池包、直冷板、冷凝器、压缩机、燃料电池系统和电子膨胀阀;在有高功率充放电需求的所述超级电容电池包内部设置所述直冷板,在其外部设置所述冷凝器与所述燃料电池系统共用风扇,同时设置所述压缩机以及所述电子膨胀阀。与传统热管理系统不同,本系统在冷却过程中不需要考虑环境温度,通过直冷板和共用风扇的设计使得散热效果更加独立于外部环境条件,由于系统不再依赖于外部环境的温度,无论在高温或低温环境中,都能够灵活而高效地调整散热措施,保持电池温度在安全范围内,提高了系统的适应性和稳定性。
