The invention discloses a ship main engine epoxy gasket sinkage detection method, which comprises the following steps: after centering adjustment of a main engine is finished, mounting a measuring pin at each of the front end and the rear end of each of the left side and the right side below a main engine base, and adjusting a gap between the top of each measuring pin and the main engine base to 1mm; and then a gap change value is measured by using a thickness gauge after a foundation bolt of the main engine is tightened, so that the sinkage of the epoxy gasket of the main engine is obtained, the mounting precision of the main engine can be ensured, the mounting efficiency of the main engine can be improved, and the aim of remarkably improving the quality and the efficiency is fulfilled.

    本发明公开了一种船舶主机环氧垫片下沉量的检测方法,本发明的方法在主机对中调整结束后在主机机座下方左右两侧的前后端位置处各安装一个测量销,并将测量销顶部与主机机座的间隙调整到1mm,然后在主机底脚螺栓拧紧后用厚薄规测量此间隙变化值,从而得出主机环氧垫片的下沉量,既可保证主机的安装精度,又能提高主机的安装效率,从而起到显著提质增效的目的。
