The invention discloses a marine main engine epoxy pouring tool and a using method. The marine main engine epoxy pouring tool comprises angle steel and a plurality of connecting structures used for detachably fixing the angle steel. The length of the angle steel is matched with that of the base; a plurality of tensioning nuts are sequentially welded and fixed to a first angle plate of the angle steel in the length direction. The multiple connecting structures are the same in structure, each connecting structure comprises a bolt and a clamping part fixedly arranged on the base, a first throughhole is formed in each clamping part, an adjusting nut is fixedly arranged at each first through hole in a matched mode, and the threaded end of each bolt sequentially penetrates through the corresponding adjusting nut and the corresponding first through hole and then is installed in the corresponding tensioning nut; limiting structures used for abutting against the angle steel and preventing theangle steel from moving towards the two ends are arranged at the two ends of the base. And a pouring space is formed between every two adjacent connecting structures. The distance is reserved betweenthe base and the wet oil pan, and collision between the oil pan and the epoxy baffle on the surrounding edge of the flat iron due to thermal expansion and vibration of the oil pan after a marine mainengine operates is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种船舶主机环氧浇注工装及使用方法,包括角钢和多个用于可拆固定角钢的连接结构;角钢的长度与基座的长度匹配;角钢的第一角板上沿长度方向依次焊接固定有多个拉紧螺母;多个所述连接结构的结构相同,均包括螺栓以及固定设在基座上的卡玛,卡玛上设有第一通孔,所述第一通孔处匹配固定设有调节螺母,所述螺栓的螺纹端依次穿过调节螺母和第一通孔之后安装到所述拉紧螺母内;基座的两端均设有用于抵接角钢、避免角钢向两端移动的限位结构;相邻的两个连接结构之间设有浇注空间。本发明在基座和湿式油底壳之间预留间距,避免船舶主机运转后油底壳热膨胀和振动引起的油底壳与扁铁围边的环氧挡板的碰撞。
