The invention relates to an external variable-pitch mechanism which comprises a variable-pitch rotor head, a shaft transmission case, a main shaft and an axial driving mechanism, the shaft transmission case comprises a shaft sleeve, a guide pin, a front bearing, a rear bearing and a case shell; the shaft sleeve is slidably arranged on the main shaft in a sleeving mode, a radial kidney-shaped through hole is formed in the main shaft, the guide pin penetrates through the radial kidney-shaped through hole and is fixed to the front end of the shaft sleeve, the guide pin can slide in the radial kidney-shaped through hole, the outer ring of the front bearing and the outer ring of the rear bearing are fixed to the box shell into a whole, and the outer ring of the front bearing and the outer ring of the rear bearing are fixed to the box shell into a whole. The box shell can drive the shaft sleeve to axially move; the front end of the shaft sleeve is connected with the variable-pitch pull rod of the left paddle assembly and the variable-pitch pull rod of the right paddle assembly, and the axial displacement of the shaft sleeve can drive the variable-pitch pull rod to swing. The propeller is convenient to assemble, the propeller pitch can be controlled while the propeller blades rotate, the rotating sleeve and the box shell can axially and integrally move while rotating relatively, and motion isolation and mutual noninterference are achieved.

    本发明涉及一种外置式变距机构,包括变距旋翼头、轴传机匣、主轴和轴向驱动机构;所述轴传机匣包括轴套、导向销、前轴承、后轴承和匣壳;所述轴套可滑动的套装在所述主轴上,且所述主轴开有径向腰形通孔,所述导向销贯穿所述径向腰形通孔并与所述轴套的前端固定,所述导向销能够在所述径向通孔中滑动,所述前轴承和后轴承的外圈与所述匣壳固定为一体,使得所述匣壳能够带动所述轴套轴向移动;所述轴套的前端与左、右桨叶组件的变距拉杆联接,所述轴套轴向位移能够带动所述变距拉杆摆动。本发明方便装配,且能够实现桨叶转动的同时能够进行桨距控制,所述转套与所述匣壳之间能够相对转动的同时轴向一体位移,实现了运动隔离,互不干涉。
